Opened in 2015, the Asia Culture Center is a multi-purpose cultural complex where exhibitions, performances, and creative projects come together. Yangnim-dong, including the quirky Penguin Village, is loved for its historic architecture and atmospheric alleyways, while Mudeungsan National Park, right on the edge of the city, is famous for its dramatic rock formations and temples.
Travel Tips
The Asia Culture Center and Yangnim-dong are close enough to explore together, and at Mudeungsan you can take the cable car and visit the observatory for sweeping views. A 1- to 2-day itinerary is ideal.
