Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)

  1. The Company will post these Terms on the Service so that users can easily review them.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
  3. If the Company amends these Terms, it will announce the effective date and reasons for the amendment in advance of the effective date. If the amendment is disadvantageous to users, the Company may provide separate notice by reasonable means.
  4. If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may stop using the Service and request membership withdrawal. If the user continues to use the Service after the amended Terms take effect, the user will be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

Article 4 (Provision, Changes to, and Suspension of the Service)

  1. The Company provides the following services.
    1. Browsing travel content (festivals/concerts/news/guides, etc.) and providing related information
    2. Member features (login, profile, etc.)
    3. Interactive features (likes, reviews/comments/ratings, etc., to the extent offered by the Service)
    4. Providing affiliate links and connecting to third-party services
    5. Other services determined by the Company
  2. The Company may change all or part of the Service due to service improvements, operational or technical needs, policy changes, and other reasons.
  3. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service when unavoidable circumstances arise, such as equipment inspection or replacement, failures, communication outages, or third-party service disruptions. Where possible, the Company will provide prior notice; if prior notice is not feasible, the Company may provide notice afterward.
  4. Use of the Service is generally free of charge; however, the Company may introduce paid features in the future, in which case it will provide prior notice.

Article 5 (Sign-Up and Account Management)

  1. Membership is established when a user agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and completes the procedures specified by the Company (such as social login).
  2. Users must ensure that information provided during registration and use remains accurate, and must update any changes using the methods provided by the Company.
  3. Members are responsible for managing their accounts and may not transfer, lend, or share their accounts with any third party.
  4. The Company may refuse registration or, after registration, terminate the user agreement or restrict use in any of the following cases:
    1. Impersonation or provision of false information
    2. Disrupting operation of the Service or violating these Terms or applicable laws
    3. Any other case where the Company reasonably deems it necessary

Article 6 (Membership Withdrawal and Restrictions on Use)

  1. Members may request withdrawal at any time using the methods provided within the Service, and the Company will process such request in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.
  2. If a user violates these Terms or interferes with the normal operation of the Service, the Company may take necessary measures such as restricting use, deleting posts, or suspending accounts, after prior notice (or, in urgent cases, after-the-fact notice).

Article 7 (User Obligations and Prohibited Activities)

  1. Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, notices within the Service, and operational policies.
  2. Users must not engage in the following acts:

  1. In principle, copyrights in posts belong to their authors. However, users grant the Company a royalty-free right to use (including reproducing, transmitting, displaying, and editing) posts within the scope necessary to operate, display, improve, and promote the Service (including the Company’s internal and external channels). Users may request deletion of their posts at any time (except where retention is required by law).
  2. The Company may delete or block posts without prior notice if it reasonably determines that a post violates applicable laws or these Terms or infringes the rights of others.
  3. Users bear legal responsibility for posts they create, and if the Company receives an objection or claim from a third party, users must cooperate to the extent requested by the Company.

Article 9 (Nature of Travel Information/Translated Content and Disclaimer)

  1. Information in the Service (such as schedules, prices, locations, operating hours, and ticket/reservation links) is prepared as of the time of provision and may differ from actual conditions due to external factors such as changes by organizers/sellers, weather, policies, or sell-outs.
  2. The Service may provide multilingual translated content, and differences in meaning or mistranslations may occur during translation. Before making important decisions such as bookings, payments, or travel plans, users must verify the latest information through official channels (organizers/sellers/official websites, etc.).
  3. The Company is not liable for damages arising from a user’s reliance on Service information unless such damages are caused by the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 10 (Affiliate Links and Third-Party Services)

  1. For user convenience, the Company may provide links that connect to third-party websites (partners) through affiliate programs. The Company may connect users to partner sites through affiliate programs provided via travelpayouts.com.
  2. If a user purchases products/services (e.g., an eSIM) from a partner site via an affiliate link, the transaction (order, payment, cancellation/withdrawal, refunds, dispute handling, etc.) is formed between the user and the partner (seller), and the Company is not a party to the transaction.
  3. The Company may receive a commission from partners based on user actions via affiliate links (such as clicks/purchases) (this may be operated in a way that does not result in additional costs to the user).
  4. Details of products/services on partner sites, quality, terms of provision, fees, refund/cancellation policies, privacy practices, customer support, etc. are governed by the partner’s policies, and the Company is not responsible for them.
  5. Users must review the partner’s terms and policies before using the partner site.

Article 11 (Advertisements and External Links)

  1. The Service may include advertisements or links to external websites.
  2. External websites are outside the Company’s control, and the Company is not responsible for the content, policies, security, etc. of external websites.

Article 12 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. Copyrights and intellectual property rights in the Service and the content provided by the Company belong to the Company or the rightful rights holders.
  2. Users may not use content for commercial purposes—such as by reproducing, distributing, transmitting, displaying, or creating derivative works—without the Company’s prior consent (except where permitted by applicable laws).

Article 13 (Privacy Protection)

  1. The Company protects users’ personal information in accordance with applicable laws, and the collection, use, storage, and destruction of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy.
  2. If a user moves to a partner site via an affiliate link, the partner may separately collect and process the user’s information, which is governed by the partner’s policies.

  2. The Company is not liable for damages caused by a user’s fault (such as incorrect information entry, user environment issues, or failure to review partner policies).
  3. Unless caused by the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages (to the extent permitted by applicable laws).

Article 15 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. The Company and users will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes related to use of the Service amicably through consultation.
  2. Disputes arising from partner transactions via affiliate links must, in principle, be resolved between the user and the partner.
