On the 12th, HYBE said through its official SNS, “We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay in the start of the performance to all audience members who came to attend BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN BUSAN held that day.”

HYBE explained, “We prepared as thoroughly as possible to ensure smooth operations and provide the audience with a meaningful experience, but the start of the main performance was delayed due to a combination of issues, including confusion in on-site guidance, bottlenecks in the fan gift distribution process, and delays in product pickup.”

It added, “We once again offer our sincere apologies to the audience members who waited for a long time to watch the performance and were greatly disappointed and inconvenienced.”

It also promised, “For the performance held the next day, we will thoroughly review and improve overall on-site operations, including admission and gift distribution, so that the same congestion does not occur.”

BTS will hold the BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN BUSAN performance over two days, from June 12 to 13, at Busan Asiad Main Stadium.

The venue was the site of the concert held to support Busan's bid for the 2030 World Expo, which was the members' last performance before enlisting in the military, and drew attention as a show held around their debut date (June 13).

However, on the first day of the concert, the 12th, the performance began at 8:15 PM, 1 hour and 15 minutes later than the scheduled 7:00 PM, leading to various complaints, and in the end the agency officially apologized for the inadequate operation.
