Each person may purchase up to 2 tickets. On the domestic page, only accounts with completed identity verification may purchase tickets. A fee of KRW 4,000 per ticket applies for payment through the mobile app (KRW 5,000 for phone bookings).

Ticket Booth 12:00 PM → VIP Entry 2:00 PM → Soundcheck 2:30 PM → Regular Seat Entry 3:00 PM → Show Starts 4:00 PM

Only VIP ticket holders may participate in the soundcheck event, and no partial refunds will be issued for non-attendance. You may move around inside the venue after the soundcheck ends, but re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue.

Helpful Tips

🪪A valid ID, such as a passport or foreign resident registration card, is required when collecting tickets and entering the venue. Student IDs, employee IDs, and screenshots of mobile IDs are not accepted.
📱Entry uses digital card tickets, so be sure to bring a digital ticket that can be tapped.
📦If you purchased through the global page, on-site collection is the only option and delivery is unavailable. Be sure to bring your booking confirmation and ID.
