Photo Spots

If you want to capture both city views and seasonal scenery, the spots below are the best places for photos.

  • Mokilsin Park viewpoint: From the higher ground inside the park, it is great for capturing a wide view of Bucheon city. If you shoot facing straight toward the city center, buildings and the sky will both appear in the frame. Around sunset is best.
  • Beoman-ro photo street: This section continues from Mokilsin Park. While walking along the road, it is good to take photos facing the side where the road and city view can be seen together. Suitable for perspective-rich street photos. Late afternoon is recommended.
  • High ground around Utgoyan Neighborhood Park: This is one of the higher spots in Bucheon, making it favorable for panoramic photos. Shoot toward the direction where the city spreads out broadly. On clear mornings, visibility is sharper.
  • Beombaksan trail entrance: Cherry blossoms and Japanese cornelian cherry trees are the highlights. If you shoot facing the side where the trees frame the path, portrait photos come out well. Spring mornings to early afternoons are the brightest.
  • Around Yongmotnae (Yeokgok Bridge 3): This is a good spot to capture both the bridge and the waterway. If you shoot from the bridge toward the direction the waterway continues, the composition becomes stable. Soft morning light is ideal.
  • Okgil Retention Basin: Suitable for reflection photos of the water surface and sky. If you shoot low with the retention basin facing forward, reflections will appear more clearly. Sunset is recommended.
  • Perlbuck Rainbow Road and Seongmujeong area: On the section crossing Seongjusan from east to west, you can take in the full Bucheon skyline at a glance. Shoot widely toward the open view direction. Late afternoon is the most dramatic.
  • Jung Jiyong Nostalgia Road and Mani Hill Cherry Blossom Road: A representative spring photo spot. If you shoot straight ahead along the inside of the cherry blossom road, it creates a tunnel-like composition. Early morning has fewer people and softer light.
