Instead of standing in front of the main stage the entire time, walking around the exhibition and experience areas once and returning in time for the performance should help conserve your energy.

Even so, with free admission and the opportunity to walk around the Pangyo Station area from 13:00 to 22:00, simply choosing one performance and one exhibition should be enough to experience how games expand into music and art within Korea's urban culture. I think the best moment of the festival will be taking in Pangyo's nighttime scenery while listening to original game music resonating from the main stage after sunset.
