Tickets can be collected only by the purchaser from the Play&Stay desk in the lobby of the accommodation hotel between 09:00 and 12:00 on the day of the concert, by presenting the purchase confirmation (printed or mobile) and valid identification (foreign nationals must present a passport or alien registration card). Collection by a proxy and reissuance are not permitted.

Free circulating shuttle service operates in front of Exit 2 of Airport Cargo Terminal Station, every 20 minutes starting 5 hours before the concert; return shuttles operate for 1 hour and 30 minutes after the concert ends
