Ticket Collection and Entry Procedure
Ticket collection
Collect tickets at the NOL booth inside each venue
Operating hours: From the doors-open time for each show until 30 minutes after the show starts
What to bring
Bring your purchase confirmation (printed or mobile) and a physical ID for identity verification (passport or alien registration card)
Copies, photocopies, and expired IDs are not accepted, and collection by a representative is not allowed.

Entry begins on a rolling basis from the doors-open time
Identity verification required · If the name of the ticket purchaser does not match the name on the ID, ticket collection and entry will not be permitted, and attending on someone else’s behalf is strictly prohibited.

Concert Tips
- International audience members must bring their original passport. Copies are not accepted.
- Photography, recording, and live streaming inside the venue are strictly prohibited.
- Cheering items such as light sticks may only be used below chest level, and only official merchandise is allowed.
- Ticket resale and transfer are strictly prohibited regardless of whether money is exchanged. If discovered, entry may be restricted without a refund.
- COVID-19 quarantine guidelines have ended, so wearing a mask is optional.
