11:00–19:00: Why an “Evening Amusement Park” Was Created Indoors

Paradise City Wonderbox is a family-friendly indoor theme park based on the concept of an “evening amusement park.” Located inside a resort on Yeongjongdo near Incheon International Airport, it operates as a space where visitors can enjoy rides regardless of the weather.

It is operated by Paradise SegaSammy Co., Ltd. and is equipped not only with rides but also street food and souvenir shops. The fact that visitors can ride attractions, dine, and shop indoors in one location explains Wonderbox’s current setup.

What Is and Is Not Included in the 28,000-won Unlimited Pass

As of August 2026, the one-day unlimited pass costs 28,000 won for adults aged 13 and over and 23,000 won for children from 37 months through age 12. Admission is free for infants from 0 to 36 months. The unlimited pass is valid for one day on the date of issue and covers admission and rides.

Carnival games are not included in the unlimited pass. Separate tickets must be purchased from the unmanned ticket machine inside Wonderbox: 4,000 won for one play, 9,000 won for three, 17,000 won for six, 25,000 won for nine, and 33,000 won for twelve. Unlimited passes can be purchased on the website, at the Plaza on-site ticket counter, or from an unmanned ticket machine.

  • Adult: Age 13 and over, 28,000 won
  • Child: 37 months to age 12, 23,000 won
  • Infant: 0–36 months, free
  • Carnival games: From 4,000 won for one play to 33,000 won for twelve

Ticket Issuance Ends Before the 19:00 Closing Time

Wonderbox’s regular operating hours are 11:00–19:00, and tickets can be issued only until one hour before closing. Therefore, admission tickets cannot be issued after 18:00, so visitors planning a late visit after arriving at the airport should calculate this cutoff time first.

Wonderbox generally operates 365 days a year, but some facilities may be unavailable depending on inspection schedules. If the appropriate capacity is exceeded, admission queues or suspension of ticket issuance may occur. After admission, cancellations, refunds, and deferred use are not permitted.

When exchanging an online reservation ticket on-site, the purchaser’s mobile phone number or ticket reservation number is required. Ticket outlets include the ticket counter and kiosks in the Plaza, as well as the kiosk at the Wonderbox entrance in the hotel’s Purple Wing.

Ferris Wheel, Tea Cups, and Bumper Cars: How to Use the 10 Attractions

Wonderbox features a Ferris wheel, tea cups, bumper cars, Happy Swing, Jumping Star, Mega Mix, and more, for a total of 10 attractions. Since admission and rides are included in the unlimited pass, visitors do not need to purchase separate ride tickets, unlike the carnival games.

Visitor reviews record a usage condition for the Ferris wheel: children at least 95 cm but under 130 cm tall must be accompanied by a guardian. If you are visiting with a child, apply this condition before boarding the Ferris wheel, and follow the latest height and age restrictions posted on-site for other facilities.

Families planning to enjoy many rides may benefit from arriving at the opening time of 11:00. Since capacity limits can cause admission waits and some attractions may stop operating for inspections, it is safer to allow plenty of time rather than making Wonderbox only the final stop of the day.

12:30 Carnival Show and 16:00 Wonder Show Time

The performance schedule states that the Toy Carnival Show runs on weekdays from 12:30–13:00 and 17:00–17:30, and on weekends and public holidays from 12:30–13:00. Wonder Show Time is scheduled from 16:00–16:15 on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

However, the performance information states that shows are not held every Tuesday. If performances are the focus of your visit, avoid Tuesdays. You can also take advantage of the fact that Wonderbox remains open until 19:00 after the 16:00 show or the 17:00 weekday show.

Performance times may change independently of the facility’s operating information. On Tuesdays in particular, the schedule may consist only of rides and carnival games, so if seeing a show is your purpose, it is best to choose the date first.

A Shuttle Every 20 Minutes from Incheon Airport Terminal 1 Stop 3C

At Incheon International Airport Terminal 1, you can take the circulating shuttle bus to Paradise City from Stop 3C on the first floor. The shuttle operates daily at 20-minute intervals. The first shuttle departs Paradise City at 05:00 and the last at 23:00; from Terminal 1, the first departs at 05:10 and the last at 23:10.

At Terminal 2, use Stop 4A on the first floor. Shuttles depart at 30 minutes past each hour, with a 60-minute interval between services. For travelers arriving at Incheon Airport for the first time, checking the floor and stop number for their terminal is simpler than looking for the Airport Railroad station and transferring. The destination is Paradise City, and Wonderbox is located in its Plaza.

Plaza Zone 2 Parking and a 30% Discount for Hotel Guests

The address is 186 Yeongjonghaeanam-ro 321-gil, Jung-gu, Incheon. In a car navigation system, search for “Paradise City Plaza Wonderbox Customer Parking Lot.” The Wonderbox customer parking lot is located at the Paradise City Plaza.

The closest parking areas are Zone 2 B1F L–R and Zone 2 B2F M–U. After parking, follow the Wonderbox signs inside the Plaza to the entrance. Since parking fees and free-parking conditions are not provided here, it is best not to finalize a budget that includes parking costs in advance.

Paradise City hotel guests can receive a 30% discount on Wonderbox unlimited passes during their stay, for up to four people. An electronic room key must be presented at the ticket counter, so prepare the actual room key rather than showing only a room reservation screen.

Step-Free Entrances and Family Facilities, but Plan Separately for an All-Day Visit

According to the Korea Tourism Organization’s accessible-tourism information, the approach route and main entrance to Wonderbox have no steps, allowing wheelchair access. A nursing room is also available, along with facilities such as a first-aid room and lockers.

The main contact number for Wonderbox is 032-729-7500, and official operating and pricing information is available on the Paradise City Wonderbox website. On-site, ticket issuance ends at 18:00 and closing time is 19:00, so visitors stopping by before traveling to the airport or boarding a flight should leave sufficient actual time for the rides.

This venue suits travelers who want to enjoy several indoor attractions in succession or coordinate their visit with show times for children. Conversely, if you have only a short transfer window at Incheon Airport or also plan to play carnival games, consider the additional costs and ticket-issuance time beyond the admission pass.
