Always open and free to enter, but swimming operations from June to September must be checked separately

However, beach walks and the official summer beach operation are not the same thing, so if you plan to use seasonal facilities such as swimming, lifeguards, showers, or parasols, it is safest to check Incheon Jung-gu’s beach notice again on the day you depart.
A 2026 beach management service notice states that the management period for the Eurwangni Beach area runs from May 8, 2026 to October 31, 2026. This does not mean that swimming is always allowed, but it does indicate the period when on-site management is concentrated before and after summer. Even though the beach is freely accessible, swimming restrictions due to weather, wave height, rip currents, or lightning can change on the day.

According to transport information, it is about 282 m from the beach, and routes 111, 204, 306, Yeongjong 6-1, Yeongjong 7, Yeongjong 8, and Yeongjong 8-1 pass this stop. If you have a lot of luggage, the Eurwangni Beach·The Week & Resort stop is another option, listed as about 406 m from the beach.
From Incheon International Airport Terminal 1, routes using buses in the 111 or 306 series are known, but schedules and stops may change. In particular, if you plan to watch the sunset late in the afternoon and return afterward, you should first check the last bus time, and taxis heading from the beach toward the airport or Seoul may require a long wait during peak-season weekends.

Tourism information lists Nakjodae as a nearby attraction at 80 Eurwang-ro, Yeongjong-gu, Incheon, and compared with the center of Eurwangni Beach, it is more efficient to use a car or bus rather than walking. After finishing swimming and dining at one beach, moving to a viewpoint around sunset helps reduce travel time.
If you only visit Eurwangni briefly, 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours is enough for a beach walk and a meal, while 3 to 4 hours is better if you want to wait for the sunset or add Wangsan and Nakjodae. If you want a quiet beach stroll, Saturday evenings in peak summer season may not be suitable; on the other hand, if you want beach restaurants and a nighttime atmosphere, there is reason to stay after the sun goes down.
