Identity verification required · To prevent scalping, IDs will be checked on site. You must wear a wristband after verification to enter. Domestic ticket buyers need a resident registration card, driver’s license, passport, youth ID card (ages 9 and up), or mobile ID (Government24, National Police Agency, PASS app). Foreign nationals must present a passport or alien registration card. Screenshots, photos, and copies are not accepted.

Free shuttle service · Free loop shuttle between Cargo Terminal Station Exit 2 and Inspire Arena (every 20 minutes, from 5 hours before the show until the show starts). Return shuttles operate after the show (up to 1 hour and 30 minutes after it ends).

Viewing Tips

📱Pre-register for face pass · After booking, complete face verification in the NOL app to enter quickly without waiting on site. Registration is securely handled through the Toss app.
🎟️Check your mobile ticket in advance · Before arriving at the venue, check your QR code in the NOL Interpark app (domestic) or the NOL World app (overseas). Venue data traffic may be heavy.
⏰Arrive early · Entry procedures (face verification or ID check) may take time, so arriving 1 hour before the show is recommended.
📹No filming or recording · Photography, video recording, audio recording, and live streaming are strictly prohibited during the show. If copyright infringement is detected, you will be removed and no refund will be issued.
🎫No re-entry after exiting · Once you leave, you cannot come back in, so please be careful.
💳Identity verification required · Only the person who booked the ticket may enter. Proxy bookings or use of another person’s name will result in denied entry and no refund.

Subway + Free Shuttle

Take the free loop shuttle from Cargo Terminal Station Exit 2 (round trip to Inspire Arena). Operates every 20 minutes from 5 hours before the show until the show starts.

Private Car

Free one-day parking is available in the parking lot inside Inspire Entertainment Resort. If full, you will be directed to an event parking lot.

Public transportation is recommended. Refunds are not available for traffic congestion or entry delays.

Important Notices

Prevention of fraudulent bookings · Tickets booked through abnormal methods such as macros will be canceled.

Check your identity verification validity period · Identity verification is required to prevent fraudulent bookings for the NOL Ticket service. Verification completed under 'Edit Member Info > Verify Now' is valid for 1 year. If the validity period expires, you must verify again before booking.

Restricted-view seats · Some seats may have obstructed views due to stage structures, camera equipment, and other installations. Cancellation, exchange, and refunds are not possible for this reason.

Simultaneous online live streaming · The faces and viewing scenes of audience members inside the venue may be included in the video.

Wheelchair seating booking · Available only to wheelchair users. From Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM, phone reservations are available only through the NOL Ticket Customer Center (1544-1555). On the day of the show, proof of disability registration (or welfare card) and ID are required. Without them, entry and refunds are not possible.
