Concert Tips

🪪When collecting your ticket at the venue, be sure to bring a valid ID (original passport or residence card for foreign nationals) and your booking confirmation. Mobile screenshots are not accepted.
💧Only bottled water of 500 ml or less with a cap may be brought into the venue, so finish or dispose of other drinks in advance.
🚪Re-entry is not permitted after leaving during the concert, so use the restroom and take care of other needs before entering.
📵Photography, recording, and live streaming on social media may result in immediate removal and ticket cancellation if detected.
