Only M&G seat attendees will take part in the Meet & Greet in a separate area

Mobile ticket required · This show is provided only as a mobile ticket (QR code), and there are no physical tickets. Check the QR code in the My Page section of the NOL app. Each person may buy up to 2 tickets, and if 2 tickets are purchased, the companion must also personally hold the ticket using the 'Send Mobile Ticket' function to enter (1 ticket each).

🌍Foreigners: Passport or foreign registration card (physical original within the valid period only)
👶Under 14: If the ticket was booked using a guardian's ID, you must bring a family relation certificate, resident registration copy, the booker's ID, and the actual attendee's ID to enter

Face Pass registration · If you register your face in advance, you can be recognized by the camera at the entry gate and enter without ticket inspection. If recognition fails, show your ID and mobile ticket at the CS booth.

📱Mobile ticket sharing: After sending the ticket to your companion, they must receive it within 24 hours. After that, it will be automatically canceled.
🚌Free shuttle: You can use the free circular shuttle from Incheon Airport Cargo Terminal Station to the arena (every 20 minutes starting 5 hours before the show).
⏰Arrive early: There are no refunds or liability for entry delays caused by traffic congestion. Please arrive with plenty of time.
♿Wheelchair seats: Phone reservations only through NOL Customer Center (1544-1555) starting June 13 at 9:00 AM. On the day of the show, pick up at the on-site ticket booth from 12:00 PM after ID and disability registration card verification (proxy pickup not allowed).
👥Missing SOUND CHECK/M&G: No ticket refunds are available even if you do not attend the sound check event or Meet & Greet.
⚠️Crackdown on illegal bookings: If abnormal bookings such as macro use are detected, they will be canceled without prior notice. Purchase only from official ticketing sites (NOL, NOL World).
