LE SSERAFIM Enters Billboard Main Album Chart Top 10 for Its Official Second Album in the U.S.… Five Consecutive Albums Debut

(Seoul=News1) Reporter Go Seung-ah = Group LE SSERAFIM has entered the U.S. Billboard main album chart.

According to a chart preview article posted on Billboard's official website on the 31st of last month (local time), LE SSERAFIM's 2nd full-length album ''PUREFLOW' Part 1' ('PUREFLOW' pt.1) ranked 10th on the main album chart, the 'Billboard 200' (dated June 6).

According to Billboard, the new release recorded 34,000 album sales and 7,000 SEA units (sales converted from streaming counts). It took the No. 1 spot on 'Top Album Sales'.

With this, LE SSERAFIM has placed five consecutive albums in the chart's Top 10, excluding singles. Starting with the 1st full-length album 'UNFORGIVEN' (No. 6), followed by the 3rd mini album 'EASY' (No. 8), the 4th mini album 'CRAZY' (No. 7), and the 5th mini album 'HOT' (No. 9), this 2nd full-length album also firmly landed near the top. It is also the only result among 4th-generation K-pop girl groups.

Following their comeback activities, LE SSERAFIM will hold their second world tour, 'PUREFLOW', starting with performances in Incheon on July 11-12. They will hold a total of 32 shows in 23 cities across Korea, Japan, the United States, Asia, and Europe.

Meanwhile, LE SSERAFIM, under Source Music, a HYBE (352820) label, debuted in 2022 and has been actively promoting through songs such as 'FEARLESS', 'ANTIFRAGILE', 'UNFORGIVEN', 'EASY', 'CRAZY', 'HOT', and 'SPAGHETTI'.

Member Kim Chaewon is currently on hiatus due to health issues. Source Music previously announced, "Kim Chaewon recently received hospital treatment for pain in her neck area, and medical staff advised that she should rest for a certain period and monitor her recovery progress."
