Busan tourism information lists it as open year-round, and also shows hours of 10:00–19:00 on weekdays and 10:00–20:00 on weekends and public holidays, so the hours differ between the official activity pages and tourism information.

According to the official FAQ, all ticket sales close 45 minutes before operations end. Especially on weekends and public holidays, sales may close early depending on on-site conditions, and multiple-ride tickets or packages may be unavailable during certain time periods. Official tickets and partner tickets have different entry procedures

Online tickets purchased through the official website can be used immediately without visiting the on-site ticket office. Simply show the PDF file or QR code from the ticket received by email to staff in the Skyl ride queue.

Online tickets purchased through channels other than the official website, such as Naver, Klook, Trip.com, Coupang, or Yanolja, must be exchanged for physical tickets at the on-site ticket office. All purchased products are issued under one QR code, and issued tickets cannot be transferred to another person.

It takes 20 minutes to walk from Osiria Station Exit 1

If you are traveling from Osiria Station on the Donghae Line, exit through Exit 1; it takes about 20 minutes to walk to Skyline Luge Busan. Since this route goes directly from the station to the facility entrance, plan your departure time while allowing for luge ticket issuance and boarding.

When traveling by bus, take routes 100, 139, 181, or 1001 and get off at Yonggungsa–National Institute of Fisheries Science stop. It takes about three minutes to walk from the stop to the facility. The dedicated parking lot is listed as “Skyline Luge Busan Parking Lot,” but the parking fee and number of available spaces could not be confirmed.

Put on a helmet and ride the chairlift up to the starting point

When you arrive at the luge facility, take a helmet that fits you from the helmet storage area and put it on before proceeding. The Skyl ride is a chairlift that takes riders to the luge starting point, and you can see Osiria Theme Park and the Busan coastline while riding it.

Solo Skyl ride passengers must be at least 120 cm tall. When riding with a guardian, children must be at least 85 cm tall, while the guardian must be at least 19 years old and at least 150 cm tall. One ride on the Skyl ride and one ride on HighFly take approximately 15–20 minutes, but waiting and boarding times may vary depending on on-site conditions.

Check your shoes and accessories before riding the 300 m HighFly

HighFly is a 300 m zipline. There are no specific clothing restrictions, but comfortable clothing suitable for activity is recommended, as are sneakers that cover the entire foot rather than slippers or sandals.

Before boarding, you must remove accessories and jewelry that could fall off, such as necklaces, earrings, and bracelets. When two people ride together, their combined weight must be between 30 and 120 kg. Possible combinations include two adults, one adult and one child, or two children. When only two children ride, consent from a guardian is required.

Restrictions that international visitors may easily overlook on their first visit

HighFly and the luge are not attractions that can be used immediately in the same way simply by having a ticket. Luge riders must take the Skyl ride to the starting point and wear a helmet, while tickets from unofficial sellers require an additional physical-ticket exchange procedure.

It could not be confirmed from the official page whether English information or an audio guide is provided, whether wheelchairs or strollers can actually be used on the rides, which areas prohibit photography, or whether cash-only payment applies.
