Tickets booked afterward must be collected at the on-site ticket booth on the day of the performance.

On-Site Collection

The ticket booth operates from 1 hour 30 minutes before the show until 30 minutes after the start.

Bring your booking confirmation (mobile or printed) and valid identification (resident registration card, driver's license, or passport); collection by proxy and ticket transfers are not allowed.

Admission

Audience admission begins 30 minutes before the show.

Re-entry is not permitted after leaving, so be sure to keep your ticket with you when moving around.

Traffic congestion is expected on the day of the performance, so public transportation is recommended. No refunds or changes are available for viewing difficulties caused by traffic delays.
