Wheelchair seats cannot be booked online and can only be booked by calling Dream Theatre at 1833-3755. A booking for up to one accompanying person is available. On the day of the concert, you must bring identification and a welfare card (disability registration card) and collect your ticket at the venue.

On-site Collection

Available from 1 hour 30 minutes before the concert until 30 minutes after it begins

Please bring identification and your booking confirmation (such as a screenshot of your booking details) for identity verification.

Admission

Entry into the auditorium is available from 30 minutes before the concert begins

Sitting or standing outside your assigned seat is not permitted. Tickets must also be checked for re-entry.

If you paid by bank transfer, the payment must be completed by midnight on the day of payment for the booking to be confirmed. Tickets purchased through channels other than the official booking platforms (Interpark/NOL) will be invalidated and admission will be denied, so please take care.
