BTS Jin: The behind-the-scenes reason his name was left out of the credits for the 5th studio album, "I worked really hard..."

The group BTS revealed the behind-the-scenes of their new album ‘Arirang (ARIRANG)’.

The members shared various stories from the album production process on the fan communication platform Weverse.

RM said, “Each person's color is included,” and “It's a shame—if Jin's tour had ended even a little sooner, he would have participated more.”

It was reported that Jin, who was busy with a solo overseas tour and joined the U.S. songwriting camp late, did not receive composition or lyric credits.

V explained, “There was time I could have, but I wasn't in good condition. I kept touring,” and RM encouraged, “He worked very hard.” Jimin also said, “The album came out thanks to him protecting the team.”

BTS released their fifth full-length album ‘ARIRANG’ (Arirang) at 1 PM on the 20th. The members held songwriting sessions in Los Angeles, U.S., last summer and worked on music, and some of the production process will be revealed through the documentary film ‘BTS: The Return’ (BTS: THE RETURN).
