(Xports News reporter Jeong Min-kyung) Actress Lee Yeon confessed her affectionate feelings toward her mother.

On the 9th episode of MBC's variety program 'Omniscient Interfering View' aired on the 397th episode, the commercial shoot site of Choi Kang-hee, who activated her pro-actor mode, and a swimming challenge with gym director Yang Chi-seung and actor Seong Hoon were revealed.

In that broadcast, actress Lee Yeon, who appears as Iu's (as Seong Hee-joo) secretary in '21st Century Grand Prince's Wife,' also appeared.

Lee Yeon, who met Choi Kang-hee, began by saying, "I really, really love the film 'Ae-ja' (starring Choi Kang-hee). It's a story about a mother and daughter."

She continued, "To put it simply, I lived only with my mother. It was when I was very young, but my mom was a working mom, so every weekend we went to the movie theater together. That was our mother's and daughter's only date," and shared her family story.

She added, "The memory of watching 'Ae-ja' with my mom remains very strong. The acting direction I have in mind was actually 'Ae-ja.' The emotions and story it gives are so alive, and I thought it would be nice to act like that (like senior Choi Kang-hee)."

Lee Yeon, who has a remarkable ability to get along with others, also showed her "older-sister collector" side.

Lee Yeon said, "Even after a project ends, our seniors monitor it for us. Mainly senior Jeon Do-yeon does, and the group chat with senior Lee Jeong-eun, senior Gong Hyo-jin, and senior Park So-dam, whom I worked with on projects, is still active."
