SHINee member Key has prepared gifts for the members.

On the 25th, a video titled "Happy 18th Birthday, Bitdori!" was released on the YouTube channel 'SHINee'.

That day, SHINee celebrated its 18th debut anniversary, and Key prepared luxury jewelry gifts for the members. He showed his care for the late Kim Jong-hyun, saying, "One is for (Jong-hyun) hyung to take."

The members were moved by the gifts Key had prepared, and Taemin said, "I find this sincerity very moving. At a glance, it's clear this wasn't something he asked someone else to buy, but a design he chose himself." In response, Key said, "This is for Save the Children, so it also makes a donation."

Key also said about marking the 18th anniversary, "For some, it may be the age of adulthood, but I am truly grateful that you've stayed with us for such a long time, and that, including those who have newly come to like us, everyone continues to send us steady support. Rather than making a big fuss and thinking of it too grandly, I hope it passes happily like an anniversary we celebrate every year. We'll go back to preparing for the concert, stand on stage as we always do, and sing."

Key also revealed the process of preparing gifts for the members. He explained, "These days, because of the concert, I'm practicing almost every day. I thought I wanted to give them gifts for the debut anniversary. Calling it a surprise feels a little embarrassing, so I plan to buy something and give it to them in a big way. I've been thinking it over a bit and will try buying something. I also thought jewelry would be good since it can be kept for a long time."

He continued, "The purpose of 'Save the Children' is so great, and I thought it would be meaningful to celebrate our debut while also doing something that could help others even a little, so that's how I decided. I hope everyone likes it. I'll pay in three-month installments," he said honestly.

SHINee will release its sixth mini album, 'Atmos', on June 1.

This album consists of a total of six tracks across various genres, including the title track 'Atmos'. As SHINee's first new release in about a year since the single 'Poet | Artist' in May last year, it is expected to draw great attention.

In particular, Key, who had previously suspended activities due to controversy over the so-called 'Maju Auntie' issue, will return through this album after about six months. At the time, he apologized, saying, "I had been confident that I could stay away from such things myself, but I think that belief made me less wise in looking around me, and I feel deeply sorry and ashamed to the many people who trusted and supported me," and added, "I will diligently do everything I can regarding this matter. I will once again take time to reflect on myself and those around me," as he apologized.
