“Rosé’s price has gone up” … Bruno Mars makes a surprising remark ahead of his first concert in Korea in four years

Expressing his wish to sing the global hit song 'APT.' together again in Korea, he even added the playful joke, "She's gotten expensive these days. She doesn't even answer my calls."

Bruno Mars recently sat down for an interview with MBC's YouTube channel '14F Il-sa-epeu,' where he discussed various topics related to music and performances.

During the interview, Bruno Mars described his music as "a collection of very romantic songs," explaining that they are "songs that talk about the good and bad sides of love." He continued, "I've been able to sing these songs live, and I'll be doing that in Korea soon," referring to his upcoming concert.

At that point, Bruno Mars brought up Rosé first. After saying, "I got to get Rosie up there," he publicly appealed to her: "Rosé, if you're listening or watching, let me know what I need to do to sing 'APT.' with you in Korea."

Bruno Mars expressed his anticipation about the two of them singing 'APT.' together again in Korea, saying it would be "a full circle moment."

He also did not forget his signature humor. Bruno Mars joked, "Only if I can afford her," adding, "She's gotten expensive these days. My goodness, she doesn't even answer my calls anymore," eliciting laughter.

This was a playful remark based on his friendship with Rosé, with whom he collaborated on 'APT.' The two showcased extraordinary musical synergy and led the song to worldwide success after its release in October 2024.

At the end of the interview, Bruno Mars also heightened anticipation for his reunion with Korean fans, saying, "Korea, I'm coming. We're going to party together."

Meanwhile, Bruno Mars will hold his 'Bruno Mars - The Romantic Tour' concerts in Korea on May 21, 22, 25, and 26, 2027, for a total of four performances, at the main stadium of Goyang Sports Complex in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do. This will be Bruno Mars's first solo concert in Korea in approximately four years, since 2023.
