"Do Not Fire, It's Our Side"... When BTS V's 'Training Camp Anecdote' Starts Coming Out One After Another, He Appears Directly

It has become a hot topic that V from the group BTS left a thoughtful comment for a fellow soldier who revealed an anecdote from his Army training center.

A man identified as A, who said he trained with V at the training center, recently posted eight videos on his Instagram, including "The story of deciding on the goal of becoming an elite trainee with BTS Taehyung (V's real name) hyung" and "The game BTS Taehyung hyung and I played the most at the training center."

After seeing the post belatedly, V commented, "Long time no see. Your memory is no joke."

Among V's fans, these posts sparked debate. While some welcomed the sharing of V's training center anecdote, others were concerned about it being disclosed unilaterally.

In the end, A said, "Many people offered kind words and concern, so I think it would be right to stop uploading new videos with this one as the last. Through the videos, I wanted to say that Taehyung hyung is a good person."

On this post, V expressed regret, saying, "Hey, why? Spread it more widely. It's fun. I don't even remember."

As A's posts and V's comments continued to be talked about by fans, V left another comment on the 3rd.

V began, saying, "You're doing well, right? There are many people who see the videos you carefully made in a positive light and are grateful for them, but I also think there are a few who are worried. First of all, I found it really fun."

He continued, "In life, even when you do something with good intentions, there are times when it is understood differently because each person has a different perspective. I hope you don't get too caught up in every viewpoint. But since you uploaded so many short clips, maybe it looked strange. It's understandable that people could misunderstand."

He added, "No matter what anyone says, you were the ace in our platoon, and the time I spent doing military service with you was truly enjoyable. In fact, I think it may be hard for anyone who didn't live together with us to fully understand what we felt. You get it, right? I'm worried that you might be unnecessarily stressed by these reactions and be bench pressing, so I'm leaving this comment even though it's a bit of a hassle. I hope it helps."

He went on to cheer him up, saying, "Anyway, have a good day and I hope you don't worry too much. I'm always rooting for you, and I don't remember what your dream is, but you have a great body, so I guess it's bodybuilder. Fighting."

As such, V's comment, which considered both fans who worry about him and his training center fellow soldier, is becoming a topic of conversation online.

V applied for and passed selection for the Special Duty Team (SDT) of the Republic of Korea Army Capital Defense Command in 2023, entered the Nonsan Recruit Training Center in December that year, and received basic military training. He then served in the Military Police Special Task Force and was discharged in June 2025.
