Jin: "BTS, I planned to quit after seven years... I didn't think I would stay this long."

Group Bangtan Sonyeondan (BTS) member Jin said his thoughts about idol activities have changed.

On the 22nd, a video titled "With Jin" was released on Kian84's YouTube channel "Insaeng84".

Jin said about his recent activities, "I'm working on a solo album and balancing it with a tour," and Kian84 said, "Even during that time, your face kept appearing in ads and everywhere."

When Kian84 asked, "You debuted at 22 and now you're 35; what changed the most in that time?" Jin said, "My mindset has changed for the better."

Jin said, "In the past, honestly, I had a big desire to 'do it for about seven years and then quit,'" and added, "I thought I might stop after about seven years, but as I kept doing it, it became fun and sincere."

He added, "I'm so grateful to the fans," and said, "I didn't expect to do this for so long. As I did it, it became fun and I thought, 'Maybe I can take it seriously,' and that feeling grew stronger. I became more positive."

Kian84 marveled, "With experience, tight choreography loosens a bit, but BTS aren't like that. The choreography is sharper and more intense," and Jin replied, "Our members are good. I'm not that good. I'm the type who is good at viewing myself objectively."

He went on, jokingly, "Among the members, what I'm best at is pushing forward with my looks," which drew laughter.
