On the 18th, MBC's 'The Grand Royal Wife of the 21st Century' released a behind-the-scenes video from episode 3, which aired on the 17th. The scene showed Prince Ian (Byeon Woo-seok) lifting the collapsed Seong Hee-ju (IU) into his arms.

During filming, as soon as IU was lifted into Byeon Woo-seok's arms, she broke the mood with cute interjections like "Ugh" and "Hee-yung," drawing laughter. Seeing this, Byeon Woo-seok eventually burst out laughing and had to retake the scene. IU then asked, "What should I do?" and Byeon Woo-seok replied, "Just don't make any sounds. Things like 'Hee-yung.'" He laughed again.

In the re-filming that followed, IU kept her promise and remained quiet, taking it seriously, but remembering the previous scene, Byeon Woo-seok ended up laughing again. Byeon Woo-seok apologized, saying, "Sorry. I'll really try to hold it in this time."

On the third take, the two finally completed the scene successfully. But IU jokingly teased that Byeon Woo-seok was trembling while lifting her, and Byeon Woo-seok added to the laughter by sharing the behind-the-scenes story: "It wasn't because it was hard. There needed to be a certain amount of weight to support, but she was so light that my hands were shaking instead."
