ITZY's Yuna: 'Miss Hong' First Acting Challenge... I did my best not to cause any trouble [ST On-site]

Group ITZY's Yuna shared her thoughts on challenging herself with acting through the drama 'Undercover Miss Hong'.

On the afternoon of the 23rd, a press conference to commemorate the release of ITZY Yuna's solo debut album 'Ice Cream (Ice Cream)' was held at the Pullman Ambassador Seoul Eastpole Grand Ballroom on the 1st floor in Jayang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.

Yuna shared her feelings after finishing the recently concluded tvN drama 'Undercover Miss Hong'. She received a lot of love for portraying Hong Jang-mi, the sister of Hong Geum-bo (Park Shin-hye), in the drama.

Yuna said, "'Undercover Miss Hong' was my first challenge in acting. It was a very good opportunity," adding, "I prepared as much as possible so as not to affect the drama, and I am grateful that people seemed to recognize that effort."

Regarding the recent popularity of 'That's a No No (THAT'S A NO NO)', she said, "Thankfully, 'That's a No No' experienced a resurgence. It became a boom right before my solo activities and received a lot of love."

She added, "Along with 'That's a No No', I would be grateful if you could also show a lot of affection and love for my solo song 'Ice Cream'."

Meanwhile, Yuna released her first solo album 'Ice Cream (Ice Cream)' and its title track of the same name at 6 PM that day, stepping forward as ITZY's second soloist following Yeji.

Yuna's solo debut song 'Ice Cream (Ice Cream)' is a bubblegum pop track that is bubbly like chewing gum and highly addictive. It carries the message, "In this moment that melts sweetly like ice cream, don't miss it and enjoy it to the fullest."

The new record includes the title track 'Ice Cream (Ice Cream)' as well as 'B-Boy', 'Blue Maze', and 'Hyper Dream' among other tracks.
