Go Hyun-jung ate pork for the first time in 50 years: "I ate it before I was 10, and it’s my first time… there’s so much I don’t know"

In the video, Kang Min-kyung visited her regular frozen pork belly restaurant with Go Hyun-jung. Kang Min-kyung said, "This place doesn't smell, and the kimchi is so delicious to begin with that I think we might succeed. I really hope she eats well. Since my sister got sick, she has had so little energy." She expressed sympathy.

Go Hyun-jung, who took on the challenge of eating pork for the first time in about 50 years, could not hide her nervousness, saying, "Oh no." After taking a deep breath, she put a ssam with grilled kimchi into her mouth and was surprised, saying, "It's not bad. It's so delicious. What is this? I don't smell any pork odor at all like I expected."

Go Hyun-jung recalled, "I had never even tried frozen pork belly, and I did eat pork once, but I was so shocked then. After that, I didn't eat anything called pork. That was before I was 10." She went on to say, "From now on, I won't eat anything except frozen pork belly," showing that she had fallen deeply in love with the appeal of frozen pork belly.

Kang Min-kyung said, "My sister is afraid of a lot of things. She's such a scaredy-cat. Getting to the stage itself is a bit difficult," and Go Hyun-jung admitted, "There is so much I really don't know." She then added, "I should have tried these things in my 20s and 30s, but I didn't," and revealed, "I am eating pork for the first time in 56 years."

Later, Go Hyun-jung met Kang Min-kyung again a few weeks later and ate frozen pork belly. She drew attention with her changed modeup, saying, "These days, all I think about is frozen pork belly," as she personally grilled meat and kimchi and ate them.
