Former PRISTIN member Jeong Eun-woo becomes a head at a plastic surgery clinic in Gangnam… “If you want to live, you have to do something”

Jung Eun-woo, formerly of the group PRISTIN, shared a new update on her life after her idol activities.

On the 30th, Jung Eun-woo posted a short video on her SNS with the caption, "Former idol, this is Eun-woo." The video included her taking part in I.O.I's "Suddenly" challenge, along with clips from her past activities.

"Former idol, that's me," she said, revealing in sequence scenes from when she appeared on "Superstar K4," "Voice Kids," and "Produce 101." She then introduced her current life, saying, "I did work as an idol, but now I'm walking a different path."

Jung Eun-woo said, "It feels a bit sad to see friends reunite after 10 years," but added, "At 28, I can't just log out of society. I started a new challenge to make a living." She then cheerfully added, "So I ended up working as a manager at a plastic surgery clinic in Gangnam. Isn't that an easier path than becoming a successful idol?" and performed the "Suddenly" choreography.

Jung Eun-woo had been making her name known by appearing on various audition programs even before her debut. After "Superstar K4" and "Voice Kids," she participated in Mnet's "Produce 101" in 2016 as a trainee under Pledis Entertainment, but finished in 21st place and was not selected as a member of I.O.I.

She later debuted as a member of the girl group PRISTIN with Lim Na-young and Kyulkyung, but the team disbanded in 2019. In November of that same year, she redebuted with former PRISTIN members Kyungwon, Minkyeong, and Yebin as Hinapia, but ended activities after about nine months.

After her idol career ended, she continued communicating with fans by running a personal YouTube channel, and also carried out various activities, including appearing on Channel S and K-STAR's entertainment program "Don't Be So Noisy, My Heart."
