ENHYPEN Tops Japan’s Oricon Weekly Album Chart for the 11th Time

Top of Korean, Japanese, and U.S. charts with the 8th mini-album 'THE SIN : BLISS'

[The Fact | Reporter Jung Byung-geun] Boy group ENHYPEN went straight to the top of Japan's album chart with their new release.

According to Japan's Oricon on the 1st, ENHYPEN (Jungwon, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, and Ni-ki)'s 8th mini-album 'THE SIN : BLISS' sold approximately 190,000 copies and claimed No. 1 on the Weekly Album Ranking (dated September 7 / tracking period: August 24–30).

With this, ENHYPEN has placed a total of 11 albums at No. 1 on the chart, beginning with their 2nd mini-album 'BORDER : CARNIVAL,' released in April 2021.

'THE SIN : BLISS' recorded first-week sales of 2.09 million copies, surpassing the approximately 2.07 million copies sold by the previous 7th mini-album 'THE SIN : VANISH' during the same period. It is particularly meaningful as the group's first album released as a six-member act after member Heeseung (Evan) departed, demonstrating that they remain as strong as ever.

Furthermore, with this album, ENHYPEN topped not only the domestic album charts but also the U.S. Billboard main album chart, the Billboard 200, for the first time six years after their debut, once again proving their global popularity.

On the 31st of last month, ENHYPEN released a performance music video for the title track 'Bloody Paradise' on the group's official YouTube channel. In the video, ENHYPEN expressed through dance a vampire's love directed solely toward you, creating a distinctly wild yet captivating atmosphere.
