Choi Jun-hee, moved to tears by unpublished videos of the late Choi Jin-sil and Jo Sung-min: “It’s sad that my wedding has no two of them”

Choi Jun-hee, the daughter of the late Choi Jin-sil, moved fans by sharing her longing for her parents ahead of her wedding.

On the 11th, Choi Jun-hee posted a video along with a long message through her SNS, saying, "I restored the first-birthday party video that my grandmother had kept all this time."

The released video shows the late Choi Jin-sil attending the first-birthday party, holding young Choi Jun-hee in her arms and offering words of blessing. Choi Jin-sil said, "I hope everyone can continue to show interest and love for our Sumin not just today, but until she grows up healthy and into a beautiful young lady."

She added, "I will remember each and every person who came later and make sure to invite them all again when our Sumin (Jun-hee) gets married, so please stay healthy for a long, long time," warmly blessing her daughter's future.

After watching the video, Choi Jun-hee shared her feelings, saying, "It was so touching and amazing that the people who were there that day are now waiting for my wedding."

Even so, she could not hide her longing for her parents. She said, "On the other hand, the saddest thing is that only Mom and Dad are missing from all of those moments," and added, "The more I prepare for the wedding, the more emotions keep coming back to me."

She also said that her family had a difficult time dealing with various rumors and speculation during the wedding preparations. Choi Jun-hee expressed a calm yet firm resolve, saying, "This one video that shows the love I grew up with is enough."

In particular, through this post she also revealed that her original name was "Jo Sumin." She added, "The name Jun-hee suits me so much better now," showing the mix of excitement and complicated emotions as a bride-to-be.
