BTS's V moved Mexico with his thoughtful and polite manners.

On the afternoon of the 6th (local time), BTS visited the presidential palace at the invitation of Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum, had a cordial conversation with the president, and then stepped out onto the balcony together to greet the 50,000-strong crowd filling Zocalo Square. BTS, who is carrying out the 'Arirang' world tour, visited Mexico for the first time in nine years.

As BTS appeared on the balcony and waved, the more than 50,000 fans gathered despite the scorching heat welcomed them with cheers that seemed to shake the square. That day, V prepared a message in Spanish in advance, moving not only fans but also the people of Mexico.

Also, when V noticed that President Sheinbaum was standing behind the BTS members after sending them to the front, he was seen making a gesture for her to come and stand with them, politely giving up his place, which became a major topic locally. The president also responded warmly, smiling brightly and patting him on the back at V's suggestion. Mexican fans praised V's actions, calling this 'K-manners.'

Then, when the president picked up the microphone to greet the people of Mexico, V noticed that it was set too high and held it lowered at an angle to fit the president's height until the greeting was over.

According to Spotify, Mexico is the world's fifth-largest K-pop consumption market, and BTS is the most streamed artist. BTS will hold world tour concerts at Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City on May 7, 9, and 10 (local time).
