BTS Jungkook’s TikTok personal hashtag “#jungkook” surpasses 400 billion views… the first-ever global solo artist in K-pop

BTS's Jungkook has surpassed 400 billion views on his personal hashtag '#jungkook' on the global short-video platform TikTok. It is the first case in history of a solo artist worldwide recording 400 billion views with a single personal hashtag.

Among personal figures worldwide, Jungkook ranked third in views, behind Lionel Messi with 693 billion and Cristiano Ronaldo with 574 billion. He had previously set a record by reaching 40 million posts on TikTok.

Jungkook's personal TikTok account has surpassed 31.6 million followers. There are 33 posts on the account, with 6 videos exceeding 100 million views and 27 videos exceeding 50 million views. The video with the highest view count is a dance video of 'Yeah!' with R&B singer Usher, which has reached 210 million views.

Jungkook's TikTok account reached 1 million followers in 2 hours and 36 minutes. It also reached 3.4 million followers in 12 hours and 46 minutes, surpassing Hollywood actor Johnny Depp's record of gaining 3.3 million followers in 24 hours.

Jungkook has ranked No. 1 among the most searched male K-pop idols on YouTube worldwide for five consecutive years. He has also been ranked No. 1 among the most searched K-pop idols on the world's largest search engine, Google, for more than five years.
