BTS member Jungkook's 'GOLDEN' is being regarded as an album that grows more radiant over time and a work that reconfirms why fans trust Jungkook.

Jungkook's first solo album 'GOLDEN' recorded 6.8 billion cumulative streams on Spotify (pre-filtering). It achieved 6.8 billion streams in the shortest period among full-length albums by Asian artists, and is said to be the first and only record among albums by Asian solo singers.

The album continues to be steadily consumed over time, and there is talk it may surpass 7.0 billion streams within the year. It also ranked 20th in the 'Top 20 Albums that Produced the Most Powerful Hits of the 2020s,' and was the only K-pop solo artist to be included.

On Spotify's 'Weekly Top Albums Global,' it continues a chart run of 123 consecutive weeks, the first and longest-running entry for an album by an Asian solo artist.

Streaming numbers for individual tracks are also notable. 'Seven' has over 2.8 billion streams, 'Standing Next to You' has 1.415 billion, and '3D' has 1.12 billion streams; 'Yes or No,' 'Please Don't Change,' 'Hate You,' 'Closer to You,' 'Somebody,' 'Shot Glass of Tears,' and 'Too Sad To Dance' also logged hundreds of millions of streams.

'GOLDEN' debuted at No. 2 on Billboard's main album chart, the 'Billboard 200', and became the first album by an Asian solo artist to chart for 25 weeks. It is also reported to have charted for eight weeks on the UK Official main album chart 'Top 100', the first time for a K-pop solo artist.

Jungkook's personal Spotify account cumulative streams (based on all credits) surpassed 10.5 billion, and was described as the fastest achievement among Asian artists and a first for a K-pop solo artist.
