BTS Jung Kook Mentions Live Stream Controversy and Makes a Deep Bow: “My Feelings for the Fans Are Genuine… I’ll Keep Saying ‘Work Until Your Body Is Broken’ Going Forward”

Jungkook of the group BTS spoke directly about his rough language during a live broadcast and expressed his sincere feelings.

On the afternoon of the 11th, the second show of the 'BTS World Tour 'Arirang'' was held at the main stadium of Goyang Sports Complex in Ilsanseo-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do. This concert is being held in a total of three performances from the 9th through the 12th, with 44,000 attendees per show, for a total of 132,000 audience members.

During his closing remarks that day, Jungkook bowed deeply to the fans and apologized for the rough language he used in a recent live broadcast controversy. "I am so relieved that the second day ended safely without any issues and that none of the members got hurt. The weather and your reactions and cheers are all so welcome," Jungkook began, directly addressing the live-stream controversy by saying, "Recently, while I was doing live broadcasts." He then said, "Whatever the situation may be, I hope you will know for sure that the hearts I share with you and all my fans are sincere."

He continued, "I will keep giving it my all. So I hope you will simply wait, and I will become a great singer who repays you with many different wonderful sides of myself," drawing enthusiastic cheers.

That day, BTS performed with outstanding live vocals, presenting stages for many of their previous hit songs such as 'Fake Love,' 'Not Today,' 'Mic Drop,' 'Fire,' and 'Dynamite,' along with new tracks including 'Hooligan,' 'Aliens,' 'Like Animals,' 'Swim,' 'Mary Go Round,' '2.0,' and 'Normal' from their 5th full-length album. They added more to the spectacle by incorporating Korean-inspired aesthetics throughout the production.

This world tour will begin in Goyang and span 85 shows across 34 cities in Tokyo, North America, Europe, South America, Asia, and more. It marks the highest number of performances for a single tour by a Korean singer. Additional shows are also scheduled in Japan and the Middle East, so the scale of the tour is expected to expand even further.
