Approximately 104,000 people gathered at Gwanghwamun to see the boy group Bangtan Sonyeondan (BTS).

At 8 PM on the 21st, Bangtan Sonyeondan (RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, Jungkook) held the fifth studio album 'Arirang (ARIRANG)' release commemorative concert 'BTS Comeback Live: ARIRANG' (BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE | ARIRANG) at Gwanghwamun Square.

HYBE said that, according to estimates by the company and the Seoul Metropolitan Government, the number of concert attendees, combining inside and outside, was estimated at 104,000.

The police unofficially estimated that about 42,000 people had gathered. Initially, the Seoul Metropolitan Government had estimated 260,000 people.

The number of official seats set up at Gwanghwamun Square was 22,000. Fans who could not obtain tickets watched the performance around the square and on nearby streets.

On the 20th at 1 PM, Bangtan Sonyeondan released their fifth studio album 'Arirang (ARIRANG)', which includes 14 tracks including the title song 'Swim (SWIM)', across various online music platforms.

'Arirang' sold 3.98 million copies on its first day, topping the Hanteo daily chart. It surpassed the group's previous highest first-week sales record (3.37 million copies) in just one day.
