Seats consist of VIP seats, general seats, and wheelchair seats. The FLOOR level will be flat with folding chairs installed, so the view may be limited.

Heavy traffic congestion is expected at the venue and nearby on the day of the performance, so public transportation is strongly recommended. Delays in entry and refunds due to parking or traffic issues are not possible.

Cancellation & Refund

Booking Cancellation and Refund Policy

Basic Rule: Bookings made after the cancellation deadline or on the day of the performance cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded

Booking Fee

If canceled before midnight (24:00) on the day of booking, the booking fee can be refunded

Cancellation of Delivered Tickets

Tickets must be returned to the Melon Ticket customer center before the cancellation deadline
Cancellation fees are charged based on the date the return arrives
Shipping fees are not refunded
