Admission and Viewing Notices

Physical Ticket Required · One physical ticket per person is required. Entry is not allowed with a booking confirmation or payment receipt. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the performance starts.

No Refunds or Exchanges · Refunds and changes are absolutely not possible on the day of the performance or after it ends. Refunds are also not available due to obstructed views or personal circumstances.

Filming Notice · DSLR cameras, camcorders, and mobile phone filming are allowed, but excessive burst shooting, tripods, selfie sticks, and other actions that obstruct views are prohibited. Your likeness and voice may be included in videos and photos taken during the performance.

No Storage for Belongings · There are no storage lockers inside the venue, so please be careful not to lose valuables.

No Flower Bouquets or Gifts Accepted · Due to the nature of the venue, flower bouquets and gifts cannot be accepted. Fan letters will be delivered through official SNS channels.

Performance Concept

〈Cinderella〉-Day & Night is a special fan meeting centered on the theme, "You, right in front of my eyes like a beautiful scene from a fairy tale." Make new memories in the romantic, fairy-tale-like hours of day and night that Shinwoo presents as a gift.

You who have endured day by day and walked through your own time have gathered on this day. In this moment, looking at the stars together, our day that began at the end of a long afternoon becomes a fairy tale sparkling with each other's laughter and music.

In the original fairy tale, Cinderella's magic disappears after midnight, but our 〈Cinderella〉 contains happy memories within a dreamlike time and carries Shinwoo's wish for fans to return home safely. Even after the magical time ends, may the happy memories of this day remain for a long time and sparkle again in your daily lives.

Viewing Tips

🚇Public transportation is recommended. Parking is limited, so the subway or bus is a better choice.
⏰Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the performance starts.
🎫Be sure to bring your physical ticket. You cannot enter with a smartphone mobile ticket.
📱After the performance, for safety on the way home, we recommend gathering with other fans and heading back quickly.
