Ticket Delivery

Bulk shipping: Sequential shipping from May 26, 2026 (Tue)
Shipping address change: Available until May 20 (Wed) 6:00 PM
Bookings made after May 20: On-site pickup only
If the shipped ticket is not received, contact the Melon Ticket Customer Center at least one week before the performance
Global booking tickets: On-site pickup only

Cancellation and Refund

Non-cancelable: Bookings after the cancellation deadline and bookings made on the day of the performance
Cancellation fee:
- Within 7 days after booking: Free
- 8 days to 10 days before viewing: 4,000 won (up to 10% of 121,000 won)
- 9 days to 7 days before viewing: 10% of 121,000 won
- 6 days to 3 days before viewing: 20% of 121,000 won
- 2 days to 1 day before viewing: 30% of 121,000 won
Shipped tickets: Refund available after returning them to the Melon Ticket Customer Center (shipping fee excluded)
Booking fee: Refund only if canceled before 12:00 AM on the day of booking
