How to Get There

By Subway

There is no subway station directly connected to Suanbo Hot Springs. If you are departing from Seoul or the capital area, the usual method is to take the subway to the Express Bus Terminal, Dong Seoul Terminal, or a major bus transfer point, and then take an intercity bus to Suanbo or Chungju.

By Bus

The nearest drop-off point is Suanbo Intercity Bus Terminal. After arriving at the terminal, continue to the center of the hot spring area.

Alternatively, you can first travel to Chungju and then transfer to a city bus bound for Suanbo. Between the downtown area of Suanbo-myeon and the hot spring district, the ride by city bus takes about 3 to 5 minutes.

On Foot

It is possible to walk from Suanbo Intercity Bus Terminal to the center of the hot spring area. Depending on the distance and your exact location, it usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes. If you do not have much luggage, walking is perfectly manageable.
