1. ID Check

Present a valid physical ID and reservation confirmation at the on-site box office or entry counter

A government-issued photo ID such as a resident registration card, driver's license, or passport is required. Student IDs, employee IDs, and screenshots of mobile IDs are not accepted

2. Ticket Pickup

Pick up the photo ticket after the purchaser's identity is confirmed

Lost or damaged tickets cannot be admitted, and reissuance is absolutely unavailable

3. Enter the Venue

Entry is available from 1 hour before showtime. Admission is limited to ticket holders with 1 ticket per person

Entry only to the assigned seat. Entry after the performance starts may be restricted

4. Watch the Performance

Viewing is allowed only from the assigned seat. Re-entry to the venue is not allowed
