· Delivery address changes possible only until June 16 (Tue) 9:59 AM (no changes afterward)
· Lost, damaged, or stolen delivered tickets cannot be reissued or refunded

On-site Pickup
· Only the person who made the reservation may pick up the ticket
· Required items: valid physical ID + NOL Ticket reservation details
· Information must match exactly (pickup not possible if it does not match)
· Reservations under a family member's name: family relationship proof documents + the purchaser's ID required
· On-site ticket booth hours: 2 hours before show start ~ 30 minutes after show start

Entry Procedure

1. ID Check

Present a valid physical ID and reservation details at the on-site ticket booth or entry counter

A photo ID issued by a public institution such as a resident registration card, driver's license, or passport is required. Student IDs, employee IDs, and captured mobile IDs are not accepted

2. Ticket Pickup

Pick up the photo ticket after the reservation holder's identity is confirmed

Lost or damaged tickets are not allowed for entry, and reissuance is absolutely impossible

3. Enter the Venue

Entry possible from 1 hour before the show starts. Entry only for those holding one ticket per person

Entry is allowed only to the assigned seat. Entry after the show starts may be restricted

4. Watch the Show

Watch only from the assigned seat. Re-entry to the venue is not allowed

Must follow the guidance of the staff
