Cancellation Policy

Important: The hotel stay and concert are canceled together, and partial cancellations are not available.

29 days to 16 days before performance

30% penalty

15 days to 9 days before performance

Important Notices

Ticket transfer and proxy pickup prohibited
The ticket for this product must be used by the purchaser in person, and transfer or proxy pickup is absolutely not allowed. Entry is only possible when the information of the purchaser and the actual attendee (with ID) exactly matches.

Minors cannot purchase
The Play&Stay package that includes hotel accommodation cannot be purchased by anyone under 19. If a minor stays with you, a legal guardian must accompany them.

Prevention of fraudulent bookings
If a ticket purchase made using abnormal or fraudulent methods (for example, macro use) is confirmed, the booking will be canceled. In addition, one account can receive only one queue number, and if queue entries are created simultaneously on multiple devices/browsers, the existing queue will be ended.

NOL Ticket identity verification
From July 11, 2024, the identity verification policy has changed to prevent fraudulent bookings. You can complete identity verification on the member information edit page, and it is valid for one year from the date verification is completed. If the validity period expires, please verify again before booking.

Duplicate purchase not allowed
If you purchase both the Play&Stay product and a general concert ticket, only one ticket can be used and the other will not be refunded.

Lost or damaged tickets
If a ticket is lost or damaged, reissuance is not possible, and the responsibility lies with the purchaser. Even if not picked up, same-day cancellation and refund are not available.
