Ticket booth opens. Present your ID and booking details link (screenshots are not accepted) to receive your ticket.

If booked under a family member's name, a family relationship certificate and the recipient's ID are required.

30 minutes before the show

Venue entry begins. (May change depending on on-site conditions)

During the performance

No entry without a ticket. Ticket verification will be conducted for re-entry.

Beware of lost tickets · Tickets cannot be reissued if lost. Please keep your ticket safe. Ticket exchanges and refunds are not available on the day of the performance.
