General ticket sales open on October 21, 2026 (Wed) at 8:00 PM Korea Standard Time. If you select bank transfer, payment must be completed by 11:59 PM on the booking date; unpaid reservations will be automatically canceled.
Foreign visitors booking through the global page must use the same English name as shown on their passport. Tickets can only be collected at the venue on the day of the performance. You must bring your booking confirmation and ID.
No Refunds or Exchanges · Ticket cancellations, changes, and refunds are completely unavailable on the day of the performance. Tickets purchased through channels other than the official seller (NOL) will be invalidated.

Concert Tips
- When collecting your ticket, be sure to bring a valid ID, such as your passport or foreign resident registration card (before its expiration date), along with your booking confirmation.
- The first floor has simple chairs on a flat floor, while the second and third floors have fixed tiered seating. Please keep this in mind if you have difficulty moving around.
- Wheelchair seats can only be booked by phone through the NOL Customer Center (1544-1555). You must present your disability registration card and ID to collect your ticket and enter.
- Paid lockers are available in the venue's basement level 1 lobby (small ₩1,000 · large ₩2,000), so prepare a 500-won coin in advance.
- Early bookers will receive their tickets by delivery (sent in one batch from Nov 2–3). Later bookers can choose venue pickup or individual delivery.
- Official video filming will take place during the performance, and audience members may appear in broadcasts or social media content.
