General booking: starts at 8:00 PM on Thursday, May 14, 2026 · Up to 2 tickets per person per session

For bank transfer payments, completion is required by 11:59 PM on the booking day (varies by bank). Only bookings completed by 11:59 PM on May 20 will be shipped together on May 21-22

Entry Time

Entry allowed from 30 minutes before the show starts · Arrival by 10 minutes before the start is recommended

Box office hours: 1 hour before show start to 30 minutes after show start (ID and booking details required)

Only ticket holders with one ticket per person may enter · Valid ID required

Student IDs, screenshots, and expired IDs are not accepted. Foreign visitors must present a valid passport or legal ID

Transfer policy · Transfers are not allowed except to immediate family members. ID and supporting documents must be checked.

Refund restrictions · If lost, damaged, or stolen after delivery, reissue and refunds are not available. Internet cancellation is not possible after delivery is completed. Ticket changes and refunds are not available due to obstructed views.
