Hayeong Olle Course 2 is a 6.4km walking route that circles the old downtown area of Seogwipo-si. Starting from Seogwipo City Hall Office 1, it passes through the Asia CGI Animation Center, Taepyeong Neighborhood Park, Muryangjeongsa Temple, Jeongmosi Rest Area, Seobok Bullocho Park, Seobok Exhibition Hall, Sonammeori, Jaguri Coast, Seogwipo Port, Seoguijinseong Fortress, Lee Jung-seop Museum of Art, Lee Jung-seop Street, and Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market before returning to City Hall.
Seogwipo-si officially opened Hayeong Olle Course 2 on June 26, 2021. Hayeong Olle is a path that connects the tourism resources of the old downtown with urban parks and specialized streets. Course 2 is a 'cultural theme' section that puts the coast, markets, art museums, and the old downtown living sphere into a single route. As it is a public pedestrian path used without tickets or prior reservations, the course itself is free of charge.

The subsequent sequence passing through Seobok Bullocho Park and Seobok Exhibition Hall is designed to follow the topographical change from the old downtown down to the Jeongbang Waterfall waterway and the coast.

The time spent in this section varies greatly depending on whether you visit the exhibition hall, so if you include it, it is safer to start in the morning or early afternoon.

The path from Jaguri Coast to Seogwipo Port is a section where you walk along the coastal scenery for a while, unlike the densely packed commercial areas of the old downtown. However, on days with high waves or weather alerts, you should not approach the coast and must stay inside the pedestrian path and safety lines. If walking the entire section at night, it is worth considering that lighting is concentrated around the market and City Hall rather than the coastal area.

Painter Lee Jung-seop stayed in Seogwipo with his family in 1951, and the Lee Jung-seop Museum of Art is a public art museum established around his art and traces of his stay in Seogwipo.
