How to catch the 20:00 musical fountain show from May through October
As of 2026, the musical fountain operates from May 1 through October 4. Daytime hours are Tuesday through Sunday, 12:20–13:00, while nighttime hours are Friday through Sunday, 20:00–21:00. From June through August, nighttime hours are listed as 20:15–21:15. Operations may be suspended or changed depending on conditions, so if the musical fountain is your destination, it is more efficient to make it the centerpiece of your evening schedule and divide your walk between the show and the surrounding time.

At Cheongna Marine Water Leisure Theme Park, visitors can use swan boats, pedal boats, kayaks, and more. Swan boats cost KRW 15,000 for one person, KRW 20,000 for two, KRW 25,000 for three, KRW 30,000 for four, and KRW 35,000 for five, with a session lasting 30 minutes.
Pedal boats range from KRW 20,000 for two people to KRW 35,000 for five. Pedal kayaks range from KRW 10,000 for one person to KRW 20,000 for three, and both are listed as 30-minute experiences. A stand-up boat costs KRW 10,000 per person for 30 minutes. A Canal Way kayak costs KRW 25,000 for 50 minutes and accommodates up to three people in total—two adults and one child. However, the park’s main appeal lies not in finding one specific filming spot but in combining the 4.3 km waterfront walk with the themed zones, fountains, and water leisure activities.
Park admission is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and is free. Musical fountains and water-leisure activities, however, are separately operated facilities, and the available information does not confirm whether filming is restricted, whether cash or card payments are accepted, whether access to specific areas is controlled, or when queues are most likely to form. Therefore, the park is better suited to visitors who plan to include an evening musical fountain show or a 30-minute water-leisure activity in their itinerary than to those planning only a brief stop to see locations from the drama.
