Strawberries from November to June; mini watermelons, peaches, grapes, and tangerines from July to November

According to tourism information, the farm's main harvest season is strawberries from November through June. From July through November, the crops change to mini watermelons, peaches, corn, five grape varieties including Shine Muscat, mini apples, and tangerines. In a 2022 introduction, the Rural Development Administration mentioned mini-watermelon and watermelon harvesting, as well as making watermelon syrup, watermelon ice cream, and watermelon bingsu at this farm.

If strawberries are your main goal, choose a date between late autumn and early summer; if you want to harvest watermelons or grapes, visit between summer and autumn. However, the available harvest depends on crop growth and the day's inventory, so after deciding on your visit date, it is best to first check which crops are available that day by calling 010-2684-7956 or consulting the Instagram announcements.

  • November–June: Mainly strawberry-picking experiences
  • July–November: Mini watermelons, peaches, corn, grapes, mini apples, and tangerines
  • Grapes: Advertised as five varieties, including Shine Muscat
  • Year-round programs: Making seasonal fruit syrup and jam, plus cooking classes

From 25,000-won harvesting and making activities to 55,000-won packages

The registered basic prices are 25,000 won for the harvesting and making experience, 31,000 won for Package A, 45,000 won for Package B, and 55,000 won for Package C. Separate information also lists a 65,000-won fee for the farm tour and cooking-class experience, so a simple harvesting activity should not be considered the same product as an experience that includes a farm tour.

The harvesting experience is introduced as available without a reservation, and the farm also sells harvested produce by weight. Farm picnics, on the other hand, require reservations and include use of an individual tent or wooden platform at a designated time, along with welcome food. Advance reservations are essential for institutions and groups such as daycare centers, kindergartens, and nursing homes.

  • Harvesting and making experience: 25,000 won
  • Experience Package A: 31,000 won
  • Experience Package B: 45,000 won
  • Experience Package C: 55,000 won

Free parking and Naver reservations in Jeongok's outskirts, where a car is more convenient than public transportation

Parking is available and is advertised as free. For visitors arriving by car, the simplest option is to enter via 192 Cheongyeon-ro and use the farm parking lot. Since this is an experiential farm on the outskirts of Jeongok-eup, tourism information does not provide specific details about station exits, bus numbers, or walking times. Foreign travelers relying solely on public transportation are therefore better off taking a taxi from Jeongok Station or Jeongok Bus Terminal.

For domestic visitors, reservations are handled through Naver Reservations, which opens during the experience seasons, together with telephone inquiries. Instagram is the channel registered as the official website. Although the former website address remains in tourism data, current program announcements should be checked on Instagram and the reservation page. Information about wheelchair accessibility and foreign-language assistance could not be confirmed in the official tourism information.

How the farm became part of the Yeoncheon UNESCO Geopark area and how to combine it with Jaein Falls

The Gyeonggi Agricultural Research and Extension Services introduced Deulkkotgaram Farm as a four-season experiential farm located within the Yeoncheon UNESCO Geopark. Yeoncheon is a region that features both Hantan River's volcanic landscape and the Jeongok-ri Paleolithic archaeological site. The farm operates as an experiential hub in this geological and cultural tourism area, where visitors can harvest and process seasonal agricultural products themselves.

Nearby Jaein Falls is a signature attraction in the Hantan River Geopark area, while the Yeoncheon Jeongok-ri archaeological site is described as a place inhabited by Paleolithic people approximately 300,000 years ago. After completing a seasonal activity at the farm, connecting it with Jaein Falls or the Jeongok Prehistory Museum creates an itinerary that explores both agricultural activities and Yeoncheon's volcanic landscape and prehistoric culture on the same day.

  • Area: Yeoncheon UNESCO Geopark
  • Nearby: Jaein Falls Auto Campground area
  • Potential combined destinations: Jaein Falls, Hantan River Tourist Area, Yeoncheon Jeongok-ri archaeological site, Jeongok Prehistory Museum
  • Jeongok-ri site information: Evidence of Paleolithic habitation approximately 300,000 years ago
