The journey takes approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour and costs about 2,100 won.

The Actual Route to the LCT MALL Parking Lot and 5th-Floor Ticket Office

Vehicles can use the B1–B5 underground parking levels of Haeundae LCT MALL. The parking lot has two entrances: the Signiel Hotel entrance on the 3rd floor of LCT MALL and the LCT The Sharp entrance on the 1st floor.

Inside the building, follow the orange guidance line to the 3rd-floor main gate, then take the escalator or elevator up to the 5th-floor ticket office. Online reservation holders must have the barcode in their text-message link scanned at an on-site kiosk to receive their tickets, then pass through the gate within 20 minutes of ticket issuance. When exiting, register the vehicle number on the parking payment tablet in the lobby, but the criteria and duration for free parking are not specified.

You Cannot Enter the Water Park Without Aqua Shoes and a Hat

Hats and aqua shoes are mandatory in the water park. Crocs, dress shoes, sneakers, sandals, slippers, and flip-flops are not accepted as aqua shoes, so bring dedicated footwear or purchase aqua shoes at the swimming-goods shop on the 5th floor.

Outside food and beverages, picnic mats, glass products, snorkeling equipment, flippers, diver masks, pets, large water-play equipment measuring at least 1 m in both length and width, strollers, wagons, carts, and trolleys are restricted. Life jackets are required in the wave pool, and children shorter than 120 cm must wear a life jacket in all facilities.

Rules to Follow at Cheongsudang Outdoor Spa and the 6th-Floor Spa

Cheongsudang outdoor spa is accessed through a separate entrance from the men’s and women’s saunas on the 5th floor. The restorative hot spring water reaches a maximum of 42°C and averages 38°C. It is described as a mildly alkaline silica hot spring containing chlorine, calcium, sodium, potassium, and other minerals.

The 6th-floor spa must be used while wearing spa clothing; swimsuits are not permitted. Purchasers of the all-in-one or spa pass receive two towels per person free of charge, and one set of spa clothing per person is complimentary. Men and women aged 4 or older (48 months or older) may not enter the bathing rooms and changing rooms together, and children aged 10 or under and elderly visitors must be accompanied by a guardian.

Calculate Rental Items and Facilities Requiring Reservations in Advance

Life jackets and robes, among other items, can be rented at the rental shop on the 4th floor. According to the 2026 information, a life jacket costs 8,000 won plus a 10,000-won deposit; a beach towel costs 10,000 won plus a 10,000-won deposit; and a robe costs 10,000 won plus a 30,000-won deposit.

A single sunbed costs 30,000 won plus a 10,000-won deposit and is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so availability may be limited when visitor numbers are high. Two-person and four-person cabanas operate by reservation, and Immunity Workshop VIP 1 and 2 can be reserved in advance on the website. A 25,000-won lost-item fee is charged if you lose your locker key.

Who Should Call for Information—and Who May Not Find It Suitable

The main telephone number is 1566-8007. The customer center is open year-round from 10:00 to 18:00, with a lunch break from 11:30 to 13:00. Groups of 20 or more receive a group discount, but it cannot be combined with other discounts or partner cards. Advance reservations through a staff member are required, so same-day group entry on site is not possible.

The conditions may be inconvenient for families who must use a stroller, people who find it difficult to prepare dedicated aqua shoes and a hat, and those planning to stay beyond the 5-, 6-, or 7-hour usage limits. Conversely, the route is simple for travelers who can walk from Haeundae or Jungdong Station and want to use the water park, jjimjilbang, and outdoor spa in one building.
