The 2026 Seoul BBQ Festival will be held from October 24 to 25 at Nanji Camping Site, 28 Hangangnanji-ro, Mapo-gu, Seoul, and admission to the festival is free. The self-service barbecue zone requires online advance reservations, while the barbecue village dining area offers first-come, first-served seating after arriving on-site. Changes in venue, fees, and event offerings compared with the previous edition were not confirmed in the information released this time. For this edition, the self-service barbecue zone operates in three sessions per day. Festival hours are from 12:00 to 21:00 each day.
What Can Be Confirmed from the Comparison of the Three 2026 Self-Service BBQ Sessions with the Previous Edition
The current event information does not include venue, fee, or program figures that can be directly compared with the previous edition, so it is difficult to estimate the scale of changes. Instead, the 2026 self-service barbecue zone has three fixed sessions per day, and visitors choose from 12:00–14:30, 15:00–17:30, or 18:00–20:30.
The charcoal barbecue zone costs 20,000 won per table and includes charcoal, a grill, reusable tableware, scissors and tongs, sauces, and water. The grill-plate barbecue zone costs 10,000 won per table and includes a gas burner, grill plate, reusable tableware, scissors and tongs, sauces, and water. These fees and included items are based on the 2026 event information.

The self-service barbecue meat selection includes Grade 1 or higher pork belly and pork neck, 1++ and 1+ Korean beef sirloin, 1+ or higher Korean beef striploin, and 1+ or higher Korean beef tenderloin. Side ingredients such as assorted wrapped vegetables, kimchi, instant rice, and pickled radish, as well as Ottogi Hangang instant noodles, can also be purchased on-site.
15 Minutes from Digital Media City Station Exit 2 to Nanji Camping Site
A circular shuttle runs from Exit 2 of Digital Media City Station to Nanji Camping Site, taking approximately 15 minutes one way. The shuttle passes Nanji Stream Park Parking Lot before reaching Nanji Camping Site and operates from 11:00 to 21:30 on October 24–25, 2026.
The shuttle fare is 1,500 won per ride. Cash is not accepted, so only card payments are available. A circular shuttle also runs between Mangwon Hangang Park Parking Lot 1 and Nanji Camping Site, taking approximately 20 minutes one way.
Alternatively, take Bus 9707 from Exit 8 of Dangsan Station, get off at the Nanji Hangang Park bus stop, and walk for approximately 12 minutes. Information also indicates that a taxi ride from Exit 1 of World Cup Stadium Station on Line 6 takes about 10 minutes.

If you drive, both Mangwon Hangang Park Parking Lot and Nanji Stream Park Parking Lot charge 1,600 won per hour or 10,000 won for a full day. Due to expected congestion at the event venue, public transportation and shuttle use are recommended. The festival ends at 21:00 and the shuttle runs until 21:30, making a same-day itinerary possible; however, the last subway and bus times are not included in the current information, so check them before heading home.
From 1++ Korean Beef to Six Barbecue Village Brands
The barbecue village will be open from 12:00 to 19:30 on October 24–25, 2026, with six representative Seoul meat restaurants participating. Visitors pay at an on-site kiosk and then collect their food, so they can plan whether to grill meat themselves in the self-service BBQ zone or purchase cooked dishes from the village.
For visitors to the self-service BBQ zone, Danish grilling cheese will be provided to the first 150 tables. In addition to the barbecue village, Barbecue Masters will operate twice a day, for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes per session. The barbecue stage is scheduled to feature busking, recreational activities, a cooking competition, and a music stage.

A children’s café, mutual-growth market, relaxation areas, and additional events are also listed as supplementary programs. The published information does not separately specify whether the meat and side-ingredient booths accept cards or cash, but the barbecue village uses on-site kiosk payments, and the shuttle accepts card payments only.
