Entry and Viewing Procedure

Step 1: Pick up tickets at the hotel

Pick up your ticket at the Play&Stay ticket desk in the hotel lobby between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM on the day of the show

Required items: purchase confirmation (printed or mobile) · physical valid ID

Step 2: ID check

After identity verification, receive the paper ticket and entry wristband

Wristband must be worn for entry · damaged wristbands will not be accepted

Step 3: Enter the venue

Arrive at the venue at the designated entry time

Step 4: Security screening and entry

Important Notice

Required Information

Cancellation and Refund Policy Partial cancellation is not allowed (hotel and concert must be canceled together). From 3 days before the show until the day of the show, a 100% penalty will apply. Please review the policy carefully before purchasing.

Unauthorized Booking Prevention Tickets purchased through abnormal methods such as macros will be canceled. Booking is only possible after completing NOL Ticket identity verification.

Hotel Stay Information The purchaser must personally check in. ID verification is required. Breakfast is not included. If a minor is accompanying you, a legal guardian must also be present.

Ticket Pickup Only the purchaser may pick up the ticket. Lost or damaged tickets cannot be reissued. Without an ID, ticket pickup and entry are not possible.

Seat Policy Seats are assigned randomly and cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded. Restricted views caused by the stage, railings, or pillars are not grounds for a refund.
